Why should I make my order through the website?

By ordering through the website, you make savings you would not normaly make had you purchased through Ebay, In most cases the items will be cheaper and you can place all pre-orders through the website, which can not be done on Ebay.

Why should I pre-order?

Pre-Ordering is a GREAT way to make sure you are guaranteed your item when it is released, to aviod missing out it is strongly recommend you place pre-orders, as almost all the items are limited edition. After payment has been made and your pre-order processed you will be notified when your order has come in and when it has been shipped out to you.

How do I know I will get my item?

There is no need to worry about weather you will get your items, buy with confidence as we are distributor for many of the 1/6 scale brands we carry on our website, including Hot Toys.

What Shipping options are available?

We ship all items via Australia Post, All items shipped in Australia are sent by Registered Post ALWAYS. Any item shipped internationaly is shipped by Standard Airmail.

What Payment methods are there?

Payment can be made by either Paypal, E-path (for credit card transactions) or bank deposit (Australian customers ONLY)

How well do you pack the items?

We try our best to make sure your item gets there in one piece, we carefully warp your item with bubble wrap and place it in a strudy box

Do I need to pay GST ?

If you live with in Australia you will be charged GST (10%) , for any sales outside of Australia you will not be charged GST

Turn Around Time

We always try to ship items out as soon as they are paid for, however your item will ship within four days time at the longest.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is between 1-2 weeks, This does not include public holidays or weekends.

Insurance

Insurance is optional for any sales under $100, please inform me at the time of purcahse if you would like this.

Return Policy

I strongly recomend you take insurance of your purchases. If the Item is lost or damaged during posting and it is not insuranced then it will not be replaced.
If the item is damaged when it arrives then the item is to be returned at the cost of the buyer and a replacement of the item will be provided if there is no replacement available and a replacement can not be sourced within 14 day then a refund of the item will be provided.
